Map to Heaven

Want to go to Heaven?  I think most everyone would answer that question with a "Yes."   But just as you need directions or a map to go anywhere you've never been, the same applies to your final destination when you leave this earth. Let me lead you down the "Roman Road."  Several things are extremely important to remember:

(1) You must admit you are a sinner. Rom. 3:10 tells us, "..there is none righteous, no, not one."  Rom. 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." You must admit (agree with God) that you are a sinner.

(2) You must understand the wages of sin is death.  Rom. 6:23 says, "for the wages (or the result) of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ the Lord."  Man faces two deaths. [a] Physical death, or separation from the body. [b] The second death, or eternal separation from God.

(3) You must understand you cannot save yourself.  Many people live their lives depending upon "being good" or going to church to get them to heaven. Nothing could be further from the truth.  These things are important, but your "goodness" or morals cannot produce salvation.  Rom. 5:12 states, "Wherefore, as by one man (Adam) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned."

(4) You must understand Jesus has already died for your sins:  John 3:16 declares, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Begotten Son that whosover believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life."

(5) Your part is found in Rom. 10:9-10"..if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart, that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

If you are willing to pray a simple prayer of confession and repentance, God will save you right now.  "Father, I understand I am a sinner, and the wages of sin is death.  I believe Jesus died on the cross for my sins.  By faith, I now receive Him and ask forgiveness for my sins. Thank you for hearing my prayer, Amen.  If you prayed that prayer (or a prayer of your own words) and meant it in your heart, let me know of your commitment.

If you decided not to pray the prayer, I hope you will just watch a short video presentation at the following link.  It will change, and maybe save your life.  Just click the following link and watch:
